We arrived at 4:00 AM on the 31st to Tbilisi's airport. SURPRISE SURPRISE: No baggage came in our flight! Again... Munich has been a black hole where everything disappeared! So after more than 1 hour with NO INFORMATION AT ALL we went to the claim's desk. In our claim they wrote Lufthansa's telephone numbers in both, Tbilisi and Germany.

So the same day we called to both with not answer at all. We had our New Year's Eve clothes and some presents in our baggage. At 4pm we clearly saw we had nothing to do but to go shopping and buy some stuff so we did.
1st of January: After hearing nothing from them I called both Lufthansa offices and just the German one responded but they said they could do nothing from Germany and that we should contact the local office (They picked up the phone after 15 minutes talking to an automatic system with annoying music). I called from a roaming mobile phone so imagine how "cheap" it was. I sent them an email through their "Online claims system" but no answer either. So the 1st of January was over and we had none of our belongings.
2nd of January: Calling the Local Office nobody answered. I thought that I was going to come back before the buggage had arrived as my flight was on the 5th. Finally we had our baggage delivered on the afternoon (almost 2 and a half days after we landed). No explanation on what happened or so ever.
So again thanks to Lufthansa we had half of our trip ruined. We will present another formal claim asking for a compensation. But as we have seen after the Japanese claim I don't expect a lot from them. But at least my blog tells the world until I feel compensated! :))
